Pursue love and desire spiritual gifts, but especially that you may prophesy.

사랑을 추구하고, 신령한 은사들을 사모하되 특별히 예언의 은사를 구하라.

고린도전서 14:1

아멘!

예수님께서 승천하시기 전에 남겨진 제자들과 따르는 사람들에게 보혜사 성령님(the Paraclete) 보내주셨습니다.

그래서 우리 믿음의 사람 역시 하나님의 거룩한 영 보혜사 성령의 인도하심에 따라 믿음의 여정, 의의 길을 갑니다.

여러가지 성령의 은사들 가운데 방언은 알아듣지 못하는 비밀을 하나님께 말하며 자신을 향상시킵니다.

하지만 예언은 자기 향상을 넘어 교회 공동체를 향상시키는데 덕을 끼칩니다. (14:4)

알아 듣지 못하는 방언기도하면 혹시 굉장히 신령한 사람으로 자신을 포장하기도 하고, 사람들이 그렇게 왜곡하기도 합니다.

사단이 이를 이용해서 진정 하나님께 드리는 기도가 아니라 마귀에게 사로잡혀 말할 수도 있다는 것입니다.

그래서 사도 바울 선생님은 방언에는 반듯이 통역이 동반되어야 함을 강조하십니다. (14:13)

왜냐하면 기도의 대상이 하나님이신가 마귀인가를 듣는 사람이 분별할 수가 없기 때문입니다.

결론적으로 예언은 사람과 교회공동체를 향상시키는데 덕을 끼치지만, 방언은 자기의 영이 기도는 하지만 지혜와 명철에서는 열매를 맺지 못한다고 말씀하십니다. (14:14)

하나님 주신 성경말씀은 우리가 이 땅에서 어떻게 살아야 하며, 믿음을 지켜 구원을 이루게 하는 완벽한 예언의 말씀입니다!!!

The Word of God, the Bible, is perfect prophecy!

Before Jesus ascended to heaven, He sent the Holy Spirit, the Counselor, to the disciples and followers He left behind.

Therefore, we people of faith also walk the journey of faith and the path of righteousness under the guidance of God's Holy Spirit, the Counselor, the Paraclete.

Among the various gifts of the Holy Spirit, speaking in tongues elevates oneself by speaking unintelligible mysteries to God.

However, prophecy goes beyond self-elevation and contributes to the edification of the church community. (14:4)

If one prays in tongues that are unintelligible, one may try to present oneself as a highly spiritual person, and people may distort the truth in this way.

This means that Satan can exploit this to speak not as a genuine prayer offered to God, but as one being possessed by the devil.

Therefore, the Apostle Paul emphasizes that speaking in tongues must be accompanied by interpretation. (14:13)

This is because the listener cannot discern whether the object of the prayer is God or the others.

In conclusion, God says that while prophecy is edifying and improves both people and the church community, speaking in tongues means that although one’s spirit prays, it bears no fruit in wisdom and understanding. (14:14)

The Word of God, the Bible, is a perfect word of prophecy that guides us on how to live on this world and enables us to keep our faith and achieve salvation!!!
