But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

To Him be the glory both now and forever.

오직 우리 주님과 구세주 예수 그리스도의 은혜와 주를 아는 지식이 자라감으로 하나님께 영광이 지금부터 영원까지 있으리로다.

베드로후서 3:18

아멘!

우리가 무엇을 잘해서 성공함으로써 하나님께 영광이 되는 것으로 착각하기 쉽다는 것을 본문을 통해 깨닫습니다.

받을 자격이 없는데

거져 주신

하나님의 은혜!

즉, 예수 십자가의 사랑!

그리고 그 은혜에 감사해서 예수님의 말씀을 잘 듣고 행함을 통해 전능하신 하나님을 아는 지식과 명철과 지혜가 성장함으로써 하나님께 영광이 된다는 것입니다.

나에게 있어 하나님은 누구이신가?

지금까지

내 과거의 행적을 돌아보며,

마음속으로

깊이 저며들어 오는

애끓는 아버지의 사랑이

나로 이렇게 고백하게 합니다.

"하나님은

딸 사랑하는

바보 아빠십니다!"

The love of God has been poured into us by the grace of the Holy Spirit!

Through this passage, I realize that it is easy to mistakenly believe that we bring glory to God by succeeding through our own achievements.

God’s grace, freely given to us even though we were undeserving!

In other words, the love of Jesus’ cross!

And it is through gratitude for that grace, listening well to Jesus’ words, and acting upon them, that our knowledge of the Almighty God—and the growth of our understanding and wisdom—we bring glory to God.

Who is God to me?

Looking back on my past actions, the heart-wrenching love of a Father that pierces deep into my heart leads me to confess:

"God is a foolish father who loves his daughter!"

The love of God has been poured into us by the grace of the Holy Spirit!
