Man does not know its value,

Nor is it found in the land of the living.

Job 28:13

사람은 그 가치를 알지 못하나니, 사는 이땅에서 찾을 수가 없구나.

욥기 28:13

어제 말씀에 이어서, "지혜와 명철을 어디서 찾겠는가?"

"이 땅에서는 찾을 수가 없다!" 라고 욥은 고백합니다.

왜 못 찾을까요?

그 엄청난 가치를 모르기 때문이라고 욥은 지적합니다.

최고의 부와 명예를 자랑하는 솔로몬 왕은 그 가치를 이렇게 말합니다.

잠언 3:14,15; 지혜와 명철을 얻은 자가 최고의 복이요, 금과 은과 진주와 루비 그리고 자기가 가장 소중히 여기는 어떤 것과도 비교할 수 없는 "가치" 라고요.

나와 울 친구가 생각하는 최고의 가치를 ***이 땅에서 하나님을 경외하며 악에서 떠나는 삶***으로 지혜와 명철을 갖은 천국 백성되기를 예수님의 이름으로 축복합니다.

Wisdom and understanding are the tree of life; Jesus Christ!

Continuing from yesterday's message, Job confesses, "Where can wisdom and understanding be found? They cannot be found in this land!"

Why can they not be found? Job points out that it is because people do not recognize their immense value.

​King Solomon, who possessed the greatest wealth and honor, speaks of that value as follows:

In Proverbs 3:14–15, he says that the one who gains wisdom and understanding receives the ultimate blessing—a value incomparable to gold, silver, pearls, rubies, or anything else one holds most precious.

​I pray in the name of Jesus that the ultimate value my dear friend and I cherish will be a life of fearing God and turning away from evil in this world, so that we may become people of the Kingdom of Heaven equipped with wisdom and understanding.

Wisdom and understanding are the tree of life; Jesus Christ!
