명철이 있는 곳은 어디인고?

이 질문앞에서 울 친구는 어떤 답을 할수 있나요?^^

우리 믿음의 선조들은 오래전 부터 지혜와 명철을 찾고 또 찾았던 것 같습니다.^^

지금 우리도 기도할 때 마다 지혜와 명철을 구합니다.

지혜는 무엇이고 명철은 무엇인지 알아야 하나님의 뜻에 합한 기도를 할수 있지 않을까요!

그 답을 성경은 욥의 입을 통해 우리로 알게하십니다.

욥기 28:28

Wisdom; The fear of the LORD!

지혜는 여호와를 경외함에서 찾는다고 말씀하십니다.

"fear"는 공포 같은 감정적인 차원이 아니라 두렵고 떨리는 거룩함에서 오는 순종을 의미합니다.

즉, 하나님의 거룩한 영, 성령님의 (attribution) 속성 앞에 엎드림을 뜻합니다.

Understandig:

악에서 떠남이 곧 명철이라고 말씀하십니다. 지혜의 왕이신 성령님이 없으면 명철을 얻을 수 없어 사단의 계략을 분별하지 못하고, 또한 악에서 떠나지 않고는 지혜를 얻지 못하니 하나님을 알지 못할 것입니다.

오직 하나님 안에서 지혜와 명철을 찾을 수 있음을 알게됩니다.

Wisdom and understanding are in the fear of God!

Our ancestors of faith seem to have searched for wisdom and understanding for a very long time. Even today, we pray for wisdom and understanding whenever we seek God. Shouldn't we truly know what wisdom and understanding are so that we can pray according to God’s will?

​God reveals the answer to us through the lips of Job.

​Job 28:28

​"And he said to the human race, 'The fear of the Lord—that is wisdom, and to shun evil is understanding.'"

​Wisdom: The fear of the LORD!

Scripture tells us that wisdom is found in the fear of the Lord. Here, "fear" does not mean an emotional terror, but a holy obedience that comes from a sense of awe and reverence. In other words, it means surrendering ourselves before the holiness and the reputationthe of Holy Spirit.

​Understanding: Departing from evil!

The Bible states that to shun evil is understanding. Without the Holy Spirit—the King of wisdom—we cannot gain understanding, leaving us unable to discern the schemes of the enemy. Furthermore, without turning away from evil, we cannot obtain wisdom and will fail to truly know God.

​Ultimately, we come to realize that wisdom and understanding can only be found in God.

​Wisdom and understanding are in the fear of God!
